MEATLOAF 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
Tomato slices
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Combine soup with cooked, drained ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce and egg. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour and shape firmly into loaf pan. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven about 1 hour. Top with the tomato slices and shredded cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer.
