FRUIT COBBLER 
1 #1 can of fruit with juice (apple, peach, blueberry or cherry)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk

Melt butter. Mix sugar, flour, salt, baking powder. Add milk and melted butter to dry mixture. Blend thoroughly. Pour fruit and juice over the batter. Distribute fruit evenly but do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
