1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 green pepper, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
4 or 5 radishes, chopped
1 c. cauliflower, chopped
1 tomato, chopped

DRESSING:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. cucumber dressing (or sweet pickle juice)
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sugar

Bake cornbread mix, cool and crumble. This part can be made and mixed together to marinate ahead of time. Mix and serve immediately.
