6 c. Special K
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips

Measure cereal into large bowl. Bring syrup and sugar to boil. Pour syrup and sugar over cereal. Add peanut butter and mix well. Press into cookie sheet. Melt chips together, stir and spread over bars when cooled.
