ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 lg. can (No. 2 1/2) crushed pineapple, juice & all
1 qt. fresh bread cubes

Cream together well at high speed the butter, sugar and eggs. Add pineapple juice and all. Fold in bread crumbs. Pour into large baking dish (greased). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
