SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 onion, sliced thin
2 pts. whipping cream
1/4 lb. shaved ham
Salt and pepper

Wash and peel potatoes. Slice 3 potatoes thin. Place in bottom of large casserole. Put half of sliced onion on top, then half of ham. Sift half of flour over and top with half of butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Repeat layers. Pour cream over top. Cover and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. Stir occasionally.
