3 med. sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 cups sugar
3/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pie crust

Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Cool and peel. In bowl, mash potatoes. Add eggs and sugar, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients and beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake in 350°F oven about 25 minutes.
