RICE PUDDING 
1 c. rice
8 c. milk
1 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1/8 tsp. salt

Pour rice with salt in a 2 gallon pan. Cover the rice with water. Let boil on low, when water starts to disappear. Add 2 cups milk, let boil. After milk boils out, pour 2 more cups milk and so on until all 8 cups of milk are used up and the rice is soft. Don't let the rice be too dry. Take off heat, add the condensed milk, stir add cinnamon and serve.
