SQUASH SALAD 
Zucchini squash
Carrots
Yellow squash
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Onion (white, purple, green) to suit your taste
Red radishes
Other crisp vegetables may be added

Have equal amounts of the above ingredients, raw. Marinate in regular or diet Herb Italian dressing from 1 hour to overnight in refrigerator before serving.

This makes a very colorful salad. You can add any fresh raw vegetables if you wish.
