QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 Pillsbury pie shell
8 thick slices bacon, fried
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/4 cup lightly salted grated onion
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

MIXTURE:

3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups half and half
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. chopped chives

Bake the pie shell for 5 minutes, or about half done according to package instructions. After, fill the pie shell with bacon, cheese, onion, and Parmesan. Place dots of butter on the ingredients, and add the mixture, which has been previously mixed together. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 30-40 minutes until done.
