MEATLESS MACARONI SALAD 
3/4 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
3 carrots, grated
1/4 bunch celery, chopped
Chopped onion to taste

DRESSING:

1 pt. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. half & half
2 tsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. mustard

Mix all ingredients together except dressing. Mix dressing ingredients in separate bowl and toss with vegetables. Chill until serving time. Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
