PEACH PIE SUPREME 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) peach flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 butter flavored ready pie crust
3-4 ripe peaches

CLEAR GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. white syrup

Mix gelatin with 1 cup boiling water. Stir well and add 3/4 cup cold water, stir again dissolve crystals and pour into pie shell. Refrigerate until set. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread over well set gelatin (chill).

Make Glaze: In small saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch and stir in water and corn syrup. Heat to boiling, stirring until mixture is clear and thick. Cool slightly. Slice 3-4 peaches with skin on. Fan slices on top of cream cheese layer and top with glaze which has cooled. Be sure the sauce covers the peach slices. Refrigerate, garnish with sprigs. Serve with Cool Whip.
