MACARONI TOSS 
7 oz. cooked macaroni
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cooked peas
1 c. cubed cheddar cheese (4 oz. pkg. or block)
1 c. sliced gherkin pickles
3/4 c. mayonnaise or whip
1 med. onion, chopped

Mix cooled macaroni, peas, gherkins, mayonnaise and onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with cheddar cheese. Serve chilled.
