BASIL AND CHICKEN PASTA SALAD 
Cook macaroni spirals, drain and cool. Mix the following:

1 lg. (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes, do not drain
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Sugar to taste
6-8 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. black olives, sliced (optional)
1 c. chopped cooked white chicken

Add to macaroni spirals; marinate several hours or overnight. Use large bowl because it will grow. Serve on lettuce with extra Parmesan.
