MARINARA SAUCE 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 (about 16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
Pinch of sugar
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti

In large skillet heat olive oil. Add tomatoes and liquid, breaking up tomatoes with fork. Cook over high heat for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt, oregano, pepper and sugar and cook for another 2 minutes. Stir in parsley. Cook and drain spaghetti and serve sauce immediately over the hot spaghetti, meat or vegetables.
