LUCY'S CHICKEN LASAGNA 
1/2 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. shredded Mozzarella (8 oz.)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
8 oz. cooked lasagna noodles (9-12)
2 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 c. cooked diced chicken
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Saute garlic in butter, stir in flour and salt. Remove from heat, stir in milk and broth, cook until bubbly, stirring one minute. Stir in cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, onion, basil, oregano, pepper. Cook until cheese melts.
