BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. bran flakes
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar or less
1/2-1 c. raisins

In a bowl mix bran flakes and milk. Add egg and oil. Stir and add whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add raisins. Fold together just until all ingredients are blended. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 12 muffins.
