POLISH SAUSAGE WITH SAUERKRAUT 
2 cans Franks brand kraut, rinsed

Boil in 4 cups water for 5 minutes. Strain again, wring dry; set in baking dish. Meanwhile, cook Polish sausage in 5 cups water. Brown in oil, 1 pound floured round steak; cool. Cut into bite sized pieces. Salt and pepper to taste. Place over kraut. Bake at 400 degrees about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and cook for 2 1/2 hours. Serve Polish sausage on top.
