BRAISED CARROTS | |
1 1/2 lb. peeled carrots, cut diagonally into 2" pieces or use baby carrots 1/2 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. rosemary 1/8 tsp. tarragon 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 c. chicken broth 1 tbsp. lemon juice Mix all ingredients and blend into carrots. Place in a shallow baking dish and dot with butter. Cover tightly with foil and bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 6. |
