JELLY ROLL 
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored, gradually beat in 1/3 cup of sugar. In large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining 2/3 cup sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Fold yolks into whites. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Fold into egg mixture. Spread evenly in greased and floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes.
