QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (5 3/4 oz.) pkg. noodles
Romanoff mix
1 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook onion and ground beef in oil in a large skillet over moderate heat until onion is tender and beef is lightly browned. Sprinkle the noodles over meat. Mix tomato juice and butter with the sour cream mix in the package. Pour over noodles and stir until they are moistened. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stir occasionally.
