STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) pkg. broad noodles
2 cans tomato soup
1 can water
1 lb. can mushrooms, drained & sliced
1 can corn niblets, use liquid
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt
3/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste
Chinese noodles

Pre-cook noodles in salty water. Brown meat and saute onions about 15 minutes in skillet. Mix all ingredients and bake in casserole dish for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees (30 to 45 minutes if divided into two casserole dishes). Serve over the Chinese noodles. May be frozen. Serves about 12.
