PINEAPPLE COCONUT PIE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 sm. can pineapple
1 c. coconut
1 unbaked pie crust
1 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs, add sugar and melted butter. Add pineapple and coconut. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
