CARROT CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. oil
4 beaten eggs
3 c. grated cooked carrots

Mix flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add oil, eggs and carrots. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 stick butter
4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend.
