ARTICHOKE DIP 
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 handful shredded Jack cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, cut up

NOTE: Can be made with 1 package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and cut up.

Mix ingredients together using half the Parmesan. Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with Ritz crackers.
