LASSIE NUT CUPS 
DOUGH:

1 c. butter
2 c. flour (sift after measuring)
6 oz. cream cheese

FILLING:

2 c. light brown sugar
2 c. finely chopped pecan or walnuts
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. makes 4-5 dozen miniature cups. Mix dough ingredients with pastry cutter or knives; then by hand into a ball. Divide into balls approximately the size of a dime in diameter. Press dough into each tin forming shell.

Mix filling ingredients and fill each cup 3/4 full. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
