NO KNEAD DOUGH | |
1 pkg. yeast 1 c. warm water 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3 1/2 c. flour 1 egg 1/8 c. oil Combine yeast and water. Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix, then add 1 3/4 cups flour and mix with Mixmaster for 2 minutes. Add 1 egg, 1/8 cup oil and mix. Then gradually use a spoon to stir in 1 3/4 cups flour. Place dough into greased bowl. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before shaping. It will keep in the refrigerator for about a week. Shape and allow 1 1/2 to 2 hours to raise. 2 dozen small rolls. |
