ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE PIE 
3 c. zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs

Slice thin and quarter zucchini. Mix Bisquick, onion, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, cooking oil and eggs together. Add sliced zucchini. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until brown and firm.
