DELUXE HASH BROWNS 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash browns (O'Briens)
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. carton sour cream
Dried onion & green pepper to taste
Salt & pepper

Combine all in large bowl. Let stand until potatoes thaw enough to separate. Put in greased 9"x13" pan. Bake, uncovered for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300 degrees.
