CUSTARD BREAD PUDDING 
3 eggs
4 heaping tbsp. sugar (taste to see if more is needed)
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon flavor

Beat eggs. Add milk and sugar, vanilla, lemon and nutmeg. Put in casserole bake dish. Break up bread in pieces and stir in until about 4 to 5 slices is used. Stir in 1/2 cup raisins. Sprinkle nutmeg across the top. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
