GROUND BEEF AND RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onions

Fry in 2 tablespoons fat or oil.

1/2 c. rice (raw or uncooked)
1 c. tomato juice
3 c. water
2 c. diced or chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and onion in fat or oil. Mix together with raw or uncooked rice, tomato juice, water, and chopped celery. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake in baking pan or dish at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
