LIME - YOGURT SALAD 
1 can pear halves
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
8 oz. vanilla yogurt

(Can use any combination of fruit and Jello flavor.)

Drain pears; reserve 1/2 cup syrup. Slice pears. Dissolve Jello in boiling water in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, measure 1 cup Jello; blend in yogurt and pour into an 8 inch square pan. Chill until set but not firm. Add measured syrup to remaining Jello and chill until slightly thickened. Arrange pear slices on Jello-yogurt layer and top with clear Jello. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Serves 9.
