2 pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together.

Vanilla wafers
Cupcake papers
Pie filling (any kind)

Put cupcake papers in muffin pans. Put 1 vanilla wafer in. Then add batter 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Add any kind of pie filling on top.
