4 ripe bananas
vanilla wafers
1 large vanilla pudding mix
1 large Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Mix pudding as directed. Add Cool Whip and condensed milk. Cover bottom of large pan with mix. Add a layer of vanilla wafers. Cover with mix. Add layer of sliced bananas. Cover with mix. Repeat until all ingredients are used. End with a layer of mix. Chill and serve.
