CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. chopped zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix butter, vegetable oil, and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and zucchini. Mix well; add dry ingredients. Mix and put in well-greased and floured 9 x 12 x 2 pan. Bake 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 3 ingredients and bring to boil. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Beat and pour over cake.
