SPECIALTY SALAD 
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
2 tbsp. cold water
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. butter
10 marshmallows, diced
3 bananas, diced
1 c. heavy cream
1 lg. fruit cocktail

Combine first 6 ingredients in double boiler and cook, beating constantly with egg beater until thick. Cool. Drain fruit cocktail. Beat heavy cream until thick. Combine with cooked ingredients, then with fruit and marshmallows. Chill.
