AGGIE CHICKEN 
1 whole fryer cut in half
Oil
Lemon pepper

Build medium sized mounded fire in the middle of a covered barbeque grill.

Wash and dry chicken halves. Pour oil on chicken and sprinkle generously with lemon pepper.

Place bone side down on outside of mounded fire, cover grill and come back two hours later.

A recipe so simple even an aggie can do it. Gig 'em.
