NANCY'S CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken
2 med. or 1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. flour
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 1/2 - 3 c. water
1 tsp. salt, pepper and paprika
1/2 c. sour cream

NOODLE RECIPE:

1 c. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
6 qts. water

Cut up chicken and coat moist chicken with flour reserving 2 tablespoons. Brown chicken in oil on all sides approximately 10 minutes. Remove chicken. Add remaining flour and onions to pan, cooking onions until tender. Add water and bouillon cubes to pan.

Put chicken back in pan, cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste, add paprika. After cooking time add sour cream to pan and serve over homemade noodles.
