6 oz. bread crumbs, seasoned
2 c. ham, diced
1 c. cubed cheese
9 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Put bread crumbs in pan, then ham and cheese. Mix rest of ingredients together. Pour over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
