PEANUT BUTTER-OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. rolled oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine first 5 ingredients; blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press each with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Yield: 60-72 cookies.
