1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3 c. Cheerios
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
14 oz. can condensed milk (sweetened)

Melt butter and combine with cake mix. Put into 10 x 15 inch pan. Sprinkle Cheerios, marshmallows and chips over cake layer. Drizzle condensed milk over top. Bake 25 minutes in 350 degree oven.
