BBQ CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. celery, chopped
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper

Saute onion and celery in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cool. Pour over chicken pieces. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, turning pieces. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

NOTE: Also very good using hot dogs instead of chicken.
