LOBSTER THERMIDOR 
6 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. sherry
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
2 lg. cans Pet milk
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 pkgs. Langostino lobster

Melt butter in double boiler. Stir in flour, paprika, nutmeg, salt and sherry. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Squeeze excess liquid from langostino and stir into sauce. Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
