SNAPPY CHICKEN TENDERS 
4 split chicken breasts
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 lemon
Poultry season to taste

Cut chicken into strips. Squeeze lemon juice over strips, sprinkle poultry season on chicken. In shallow dish spread bread crumbs, coat each chicken strip with bread crumbs.

In baking pan, pour vegetable oil. Place strips in pan. Cook uncovered in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over cook until tender or golden brown.
