SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
3 eggs
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and sour cream. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until smooth.

Put 1/2 of batter in a greased tube pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of topping over batter in pan. Put rest of batter in pan and sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 30-45 minutes. Great for dessert or a breakfast snack with coffee.
