QUICK SWEET PICKLE | |
48 oz. jar kosher dill pickle 1 c. vinegar 3 c. sugar 1 tsp. mustard seed 1 tsp. celery seed 15 to 20 whole cloves Drain and slice pickles. Heat vinegar, sugar and spices. Pour over pickle and let stand 24 hours. Serve chilled. Yields 3 pints. |
