CORN FRITTERS 
2 c. corn
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
Liquid from corn

Sift together flour and dry ingredients. Mix well. Add egg and liquid from the corn, about 1 cup, mix well. Drop batter from tablespoons into deep hot fat. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
