CORN FRITTERS 
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. oil
1 can cream style corn
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar

Beat eggs in bowl and add milk and oil. Stir in can of cream style corn. In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Combine liquid and dry ingredients until well mixed. Drop by tablespoons into hot oil or grease. Cook approximately 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Approximately 2 dozen fritters.
