SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 cans of spinach, drained
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. bacon bits
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Parmesan cheese to taste
2 tbsp. butter

Melt butter in saucepan, mix first 2 ingredients. Place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Layer the rest of the ingredients as listed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
