4 1/2 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) can Carnation milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 lb. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts

Bring to a boil the sugar and milk and boil 10 minutes. Add chocolate chips, butter, vanilla, and walnuts. Beat until it starts to stiffen. Pour in buttered pan. I use jelly roll size pan.
